We process this data under Article 6(1)(b) (taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract for private medical services) and, where you provide clinical information voluntarily, Article 9(2)(h) (provision of health care).

Sharing your data

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your enquiry is delivered via Resend, our email infrastructure provider, and read by Dr Mehta and her private practice administrator. If Dr Mehta needs to refer you to a host hospital for a consultation, we will tell you before we share any information.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained for the time required to respond and for a reasonable administrative period afterwards. If you become a patient, your records will be held in line with the relevant host-hospital and professional medical records retention guidelines.
